HOW
TO PURCHASE?
OPTION A
1. First
make a note of all the women/men's order codes you want and then fill out
our ORDER FORM completely.
2. Save
or print out a copy for your own records, and then submit it to us
for processing.
3. Inscribe
a cashiers check or a bank check in U.S. dollars (we can not accept personal
checks at this time) drawn on a U.S. bank out to Michael Krakow.
Write on the back of the check, " For deposit only " and the account
#603-7298817. Kindly include a copy of the deposit
slip as well.
4. Mail
the check and the deposit slip to:

P.O. Box 5629
Portland Oregon
USA 97228-5629
After the check is
credited to that account (usually within 24 hours of arrival to the bank)
I will email your addresses to you, or snail mail, which ever you specify.
OPTION B
1. First
make a note of all the women's/men's order codes you want and then fill
out our ORDER FORM completely.
2. Save
or print out a copy for your own records, and then submit it to us
for processing.
3. Make an
in person deposit at any Wells Fargo Bank branch through out the southwestern
United Sates with a copy of the deposit slip.
After I verify the money is credited to that account (usually within the
same day) I will email your addresses to you, or snail mail, which ever
you specify.
OPTION C
1. First
make a note of all the women/men's order codes you want and then fill out
our ORDER FORM completely.
2. Save
or print out 2 copies, one for your own records. Then submit it for processing.
3. Then
send the other copy to me 1st class registered air mail along with the
amount of your purchase in U.S. dollars to:
